Snow Inquiries:
- Currently we manage snow removal for commercial accounts only but we sure appreciate the call. (If current client for landscape or maintenance, same message)
- Our business focus is on Residential and Commercial during the growing season and Commercial only in the Winter.
- We would not want to sacrifice a great summer relationship for residential customers by committing to work that we're not wired for in the winter.
- For any significant storm, we have to focus on our commercial portfolio first, therefore we would arrive much later than you would desire to clear your snow.
- Even if not time sensitive, we still cannot do the work. As I mentioned before, we are not wired for residential snow so even if time wasn't a concern, it is not a part of our service offering at this time.
